Writing If..Else in Bex
( ( 2 > 3 ) * 3 ) + ( 2 < 3 ) * 2 )
If (2 > 3 ) then 3 , Else ( 2<3) then 2.
Free Characteristics
Key figures cannot be added as free characteristics. However, in the DISPLAY tab of the key figure, change the setting to Hide ( Can be Shown ) and it does not show in the query but can be added later.
Formula
Formulas cannot be created on characteristics.
